研究方向
“天然产物合成实验室”研究方向为稀缺活性天然产物的高效全合成,以及相关的合成方法学、化员工物学和药物化学研究。旨在为具有重要价值的稀缺活性天然产物量身打造新颖的合成方法学,在此基础上发展高效、实用的全合成路线,为进一步的化员工物学和药物化学研究奠定坚实的物质基础。具体分为四个研究方向:
1.新颖合成方法学和合成策略的发展
2.活性天然产物的高效、实用全合成路线开发
3.重要活性天然产物、药物分子及其类似物的化员工物学和药物化学研究
4.重要药物分子的新工艺开发
