现任公司研究生院副经理兼培养教育处处长,生物医用高分子材料教育部重点实验室主任。入选国家级人才计划特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者、 “万人计划”科技创新领军人才、享受国务院政府特殊津贴、国际生物材料科学与工程学会联合会Fellow、英国皇家化学学会Fellow、中国生物材料学会青年科学家奖获得者、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划、湖北省优秀科技工作者、湖北青年五四奖章金奖、湖北省青年科技奖获得者。
教育经历
1994年于公司获学士学位,1997年于公司获硕士学位,2000年于公司获博士学位。
工作经历
2000年9月至2001年8月 新加坡材料研究所(IMRE) Research Associate。
2001年9月至2004年9月 美国康奈尔大学(Cornell University) 博士后。
自2004年9月起在网投十大信誉排名网站(中国)有限公司高分子系任教授,博士生导师。
研究方向
研究领域为生物医用高分子。针对恶性肿瘤等重大疾病诊疗的难点,在生物医用高分子领域开展了系统、深入的研究。围绕高分子载体高效负载、智能响应及功能协同的科学问题,提出了“肿瘤触发靶向”、“信封型”功能协同、“活性生物材料”等新方法、新策略,精准、高效地将药物传递到肿瘤组织,显著提高疗效、降低药物毒副作用,以及克服肿瘤的多药耐药性等。已在Chem. Soc. Rev.、Prog. Mater. Sci.、Prog. Polym. Sci.、Nat. Biomed. Eng.、Sci. Adv.、Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、JACS、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Nano Lett.、ACS Nano、Adv. Func. Mater.、Biomaterials等期刊发表SCI论文560多篇,SCI他引29000多次,H因子90。2015年以来连续入选中国高被引学者榜单(材料科学)。参编学术专著4部。申报国内外专利20多项,部分专利已转让。 研究成果获教育部自然科学奖一等奖1项、二等奖1项、湖北省自然科学奖一等奖1项。Materials Today Chemistry 创刊主编、Materials Today、Regen.
